Garage to Kitchen Conversion
An attached garage transformed into a bright, vaulted farmhouse kitchen and dining nook.
This attached garage wasn't earning its keep, so we converted it into the heart of the home: a bright, open kitchen with room for a dining nook.
The vaulted ceiling was finished in white shiplap to make the space feel twice its size, wrapped in white shaker cabinetry with matte-black hardware, quartz countertops, a marble-look backsplash, and a full suite of stainless appliances, including a pot filler over the range.
A built-in bench and dining nook finish the far end, with wide-plank white oak flooring tying the new space seamlessly into the rest of the house.
