The homeowner reached out for a small facelift: a way to give a dated ranch real curb appeal without taking on a full renovation.
We refreshed the exterior from top to bottom: three new Harvey windows, a new entry door, and all-new fascia, then topped it off with 1×4 cedar tongue-and-groove siding, an accent that warms up the whole front of the house.
The result is a home that reads as completely refreshed from the street: the same footprint, with a clean, modern face that stands out in the neighborhood.
